This policy applies to all online sessions delivered by Rajiv Thapa to children and young people through FutureBridge Academy.
All sessions are delivered online in a suitable, private environment on my side. Parents are welcome to be present in the student's room, to observe sessions, or to join in as appropriate.
Communication about a young learner is directed primarily through the parent or guardian. I do not engage with students via personal social media accounts.
If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact me directly at hello@futurebridgeacademy.co.uk. Where necessary, concerns will be escalated to the appropriate UK safeguarding authorities.
This policy is reviewed at least annually and whenever material changes to my working practices occur.
